Please note that this keypad works with gate garage door openers only, and does not support other door access control systems. Wireless and Wired Mode Comes with a 6F22 carbon battery, wireless mode is highly recommended for wire-less connections. Easy to install by yourself and simple programming within minutes. Connected to the ERM12 external receiver (sold separately), this numeric keypad will unlock the third-party gateway in this mode. On the other hand, wired mode is a good solution in places where frequency interference occurs or where the control box is installed away from the gate operator.
