1.1 The following terms of use apply to the use of this website between the user and the provider of this site.
1.2 The provider of this website is Wassersleben Beteiligungs UG, Im Lindenhof 1, 10365 Berlin. WhichOne is not an online shop and does not dispatch any products. Wassersleben Beteiligungs UG provides independent information to internet users via this website without acting as a seller.
1.3 The provider reserves the right to reasonably adjust these terms of use for the future, for example, to consider changes in legal framework conditions or changes in the services offered.
2. GENERAL INFORMATION AND SERVICES
This website is not an online shop and does not dispatch any products. There is no contractual relationship between the user and WhichOne regarding the presented products or services. Purchase agreements or other agreements regarding the acquisition of the presented products or services are exclusively concluded between the user and the partner shop. The entire purchase process is conducted without any further involvement or mediation services from WhichOne.
Accordingly, the following services are not generally provided by WhichOne during the sales process:

WhichOne reserves the right to resolve technical faults within freely selected time windows. No guarantee can be given for the compatibility and functionality of systems and programmes that are not part of WhichOne's offering.

7. OTHER PROVISIONS
7.1. These Terms of Use and all other legal relationships shall be governed exclusively by German law to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). In the particular event that individual provisions of these Terms of Use should be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. An ineffective provision shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that most closely corresponds to the economic purpose of the ineffective provision, taking into account the legal situation.
7.2 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes between the contracting parties shall be the registered office of the respective defendant, provided that the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law. The place of jurisdiction shall also apply to persons other than those mentioned above if the customer has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany, if the customer moves his place of residence and/or business out of Germany after conclusion of the contract or if his place of residence and/or business or habitual residence is not known at the time the action is brought.
7.3 This contract shall be governed exclusively by German law to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of 11 April 1980 (UN Sales Convention).
