• MODERN, STYLISH FINISH - The Sure Edge trim range provides a modern finish to you flat roof. Sold in three neutral colours (black, anthacite grey and white) that match most modern fasicas, window and door frames, these trims blend seamlessly into the aesthetic of the entire building.
• UNMATCHED DURABILITY - Sure Edge Trims are designed and manufactured primarly to be used with the ClassicBond rubber roofing system. The ClassicBond system has a life expectancy of 50 years and these trims are designed to compliment this system, acheiving the same life expectancy.
• SIMPLE INSTALLATION - Unlike traditional roofing systems like felt, where arris rails are used, this EPDM trim system is designed with simplicity of installation at front of mind. The trims come predrilled with holes at equally spaced intervals, meaning no need for drilling on site.
• PREVENTS WIND UPLIFT - The Sure Edge trim system protects your roof at its weakest point, the edges. Used to secure your rubber roofing membrane or alternative membrane around the perimeter of the roof, the Sure Edge trims hold the membrane firmly in place. This prevents wind from penetrating the roof build up and lifting the membrane, exposing it to the elements.
• FUNCTIONAL TRIM SYSTEM - Fitted to your flat roof in combination with the Sure Edge kerb trims, the Sure Edge Drip trims complete a practical water directional system for your flat roof. The kerb trims come with a built in 20mm upstand designed to prevent water run off, directing it to the edge/s fitted with the Sure Edge drip trim. The drip trim is fitted level, or slightly lower than deck level to facilitate water run off into your gutter.
