So we set about creating a litter picking kit to help remove litter. - Instructions Step 1 Open Hoop Hold handle with one hand and top of the hoop (by handle) with other. Pull firmly apart (Requires force) Step 2 Insert Bag With hoop open feed the top 2cm of the bag through the handle side of the hoop. Start at the hinge Step 3 Close Hoop Tuck bag around the hinge ensuring a single layer over the hoop. Pull any slack towards handle. Close hoop Step 4 Secure Bag Pressing against a hard surface, press top of hoop down firmly (Requires force ) to secure the internal catches through the bag.
