• | Instructions | Step 1: Open Hoop | Hold handle with one hand and top of the hoop (by handle) with other. Pull firmly apart (Requires force) | Step 2: Insert Bag | With hoop open feed the top 2cm of the bag through the handle side of the hoop. Start at the hinge | Step 3: Close Hoop | Tuck bag around the hinge ensuring a single layer over the hoop. Pull any slack towards handle.
