- Straighten the wire of a gradient blade: Place the blade to the bottom of the guide blades, then gently pull it towards you with gentle pressure.
- Repeat several times for optimal results.
- The V-shaped tabs will straighten the knife wire. - Allows regular knife maintenance and removal of morfil: insert the blade into the guide blades, and in contact with the torsion bars, return the knife towards you to the tip while continuing to descend slightly along the guide blades (without reaching the tongues).
- Professional sharpener, ideal for catering and butcher trades, allows you to maintain your equipment efficiently and easily.
- Suitable for both right and left handed users.
- The kit includes the sharpener and a stainless steel bracket to fix it in two different positions (note: bolts diameter 6 mm are not included).
