- CAST ALUMINIUM: Set of pots made of one piece of cast aluminium. They offer an elegant design with high level of finish, are lightweight but highly resistant to abrasions and scratches so that you can use them in optimal conditions for many years.
- ILAG GRANITEC ANTI-STICK: Set of casseroles made with non-stick GRANITEC CERAMIC from ILAG, Swiss brand specialist in high quality non-stick coatings. Its controlled and safe manufacturing process results in a 4-layer non-stick with ceramic reinforcement that offers excellent scratch and abrasion resistance.
- Ideal for everyday and intensive use, plus the granite effect gives a special design. HEALTHY COOKING PFOA FREE: The non-stick of our pots, PFOA free does not release toxic substances or alter the taste of food.
- It allows cooking with a minimum amount of oil or fat without food sticking to the piece and promotes healthier and less caloric cooking. INDUCTION: They heat up quickly, they have a thick finish that facilitates the maintenance of heat.
- Its multi-layer induction bottom distributes heat evenly which facilitates efficient and perfect cooking even at medium powers, reduces total cooking time, saves energy and money. SUITABLE FOR ALL TYPES OF COOKERS: The saucepans can be used on all types of cookers: ceramic, electric, gas, induction cookers, even in ovens.
- They can be permanently heated up to 230°C and for a short period up to 250°C. Use only nylon or wood fittings so as not to damage the sealing of surfaces. They are dishwasher safe although hand washing with liquid detergent and sponge is recommended to maintain their qualities longer.
- GLASS LIDS: Each pan comes with a tempered glass lid with a steam valve, rim and silicone knob. They save time and energy when cooking as they help maintain the temperature.
