Professional Paint Thickness Gauge, Digital Coating Thickness Gauge for Magnetic/non-magnetic Materials, Paint Depth Gauge with LCD display, Coating Thickness Meter

Product description

• 【WIDELY USED】— The paint thickness gauge can be used to measure non-magnetic coating thickness on magnetic metal substrates & non-metallic coating thickness on non-magnetic metal substrates, suitable for testing the paint, varnish, enamel, chrome, galvanized and other non-conductive coatings on the metal. Our thickness meter is widely used for checking the car painting thickness, such as used cars paint, powder coating, anodized aluminum, bathroom fittings, bike frames, etc.
• 【HIGH ACCURACY】—Measurement range of this coating depth gauge: 0~1300 um/0~51mil / 1.3mm, adopting high-precision probe to achieve the accuracy of 0.1 um; Accuracy: ±(3% + 1 um); Minimum thickness of non-magnetic substrate: 0.5mm. High accuracy thickness gauge widely used in the inspection field of automobile manufacturing, metal processing industry, chemical industry and commodity inspection.
• 【MULTIPLE FUNCTIONS】—This product is a large screen portable coating thickness gauge with high-definition lcd display, single measurement mode, continuous measurement mode, difference measuremetnt mode, screen rotation. Basic calibration and zero-point calibration is available. Metric/imperial unit switchable and storage function up to 1500 records. Added with charge protection and screen brightness selection function.
• 【EASY TO READ】—Optional measurement units: μm / mils, Large lcd display screen with rotation function allows you to always see the vertical reading no matter what direction you look at the coating depth gauge, makes it easy to use and read.
• 【AUTOMATIC SHUTDOWN】—The coating depth meter will shut down automatically after 5 minutes of no operation. Also you can choose to turn off this feature according to your measuring work needs.
