• What can it do MRCARTOOL air conditioning flush kit is designed for all types of air conditioning systems (automotive, domestic and commercial refrigeration equipment). It not only removes freezer oil and metal residues, but also removes residues left in the air conditioner by the compressor, ensuring a clean system interior. Used before replacing the compressor or upgrading the system, it can significantly improve performance.
• How it works Fill the flush bottle with light air conditioner cleaner (not included), then fit the connector onto the canister and tighten. The conical rubber tip can be sealed at the tube opening to prevent the solution from flowing back. Connect the assembled flush bottle to the air compressor (not included) and open the valve and air pump to flush and blow out the air conditioner.
• Automatic Pressure Relief Valve & Pressure Gauge The AC Flush Kit has an adjustable automatic pressure relief valve and an easy-to-read pressure gauge for precise control of the flush pressure (up to 150 PSI). When the pressure exceeds 170PSI, the valve automatically relieves pressure to ensure safe operation. Simple to adjust, the pressure can be easily adjusted with just an Allen spanner (not included), making cleaning safer and more controllable.
• How to Operate It First, connect one end of the bottle's valve to the air compressor and the other end to the hose containing the spray gun and check that the seals and attachments are working properly. Next, pour the special cleaner into the bottle and tighten the cap. Turn on the air compressor and fill the bottle with about 8 kg of air. Finally, turn off the air compressor, press the gun switch and the cleaner is sprayed out of the nozzle under high pressure. The cleaning can then begin.
