- PERFECT FOR BACKGROUND AQUASCAPES These tall and bushy plants are ideal for background areas of medium to large tanks offering structure colour and natural movement that enhances the overall depth and flow of the aquascape layout.
- GROWING CONDITIONS Amazon sword plant grows fast and prefers soft to medium-hard water. Best conditions for it to thrive are with water temperature between 22-28 C and neutral pH around 6.0-7.5. Additional CO2 and or fertilisation is not required for plant to grow properly.
- FAST GROWING, easy to care for and not picky in the environment. Amazon sword plants can be placed in aquariums with most fish and invertebrates. It grows under a wide range of lighting - from high to moderate low amounts - in a relatively fast capacity.
- PLANTING METHOD is to dig a hole in high-nutrient substrate and bury the roots underneath it using either planting tweezers or your hands to assure them being fully-covered. It is advised to plant it in some distance from other plants as due to fast growth rate Echinodorus bleheri will absorb plenty of nutrients.
