- COAST & CROFT - Pepper dulse seaweed from the coast and wild thyme from the croft, Downpour Coast & Croft has island botanicals you can taste in every drop.
- HOW IT'S MADE - Pepper dulse seaweed is harvested from North Uist's rocky shores at low tide and distilled in to a concentrate before being blended with a distillate of specially selcted botanicals including hand-picked wild thyme. Each batch is named after the part of the island the seaweed is harvested from.
- TASTING NOTES - Fresh green herb tones lead on the nose with a rich base of juniper. On the palate, citrus and that wonderfully moreish umami of pepper dulse. The finish is long and elegant.
