- Recessed Airtight Side Panels - We use high quality materials such as our special aliphatic resin wood glue and the nails of a pneumatic nail gun to create a firm grip on MDF parts during the drying process of the adhesive, ensuring our subwoofers have an airtight air chamber with no leakage and no rattling that improves the overall sound quality of your sound system
- SPECIAL FORMULA We use aliphatic wood glue on our 12" subwoofers to ensure an airtight seal between all MDF parts. Each 12" subwoofer also receives a second application of adhesive around all inner seals after final assembly.
- HIGH QUALITY MDF BOARD Our subwoofer enclosures are built with durable 3 4" thick MDF for a solid frequency response and precise music playback. We use a CNC miter to ensure an airtight fit for your subwoofer with power. Our design and Dado construction provide a precise fit for our subwoofers and car boxes, ensuring a noise and rattle-free environment.
