- NON-STICK ENAMEL COATING The internal enamel coating on the cast iron griddle pan allows for the easy release of food from the pan to the plate, and the pouring lip towards the edge of the pan will allow you to easily remove any excess fats or liquids during the cooking process.
- OVEN PROOF This griddle pan can be placed in the oven, and can withstand temperatures of up to 260 C. The pan also features an easy grip handle, that provides you a steady hand when cooking, and an easy way to get the pan in and out of the oven. Please note that the handle will get hot when used in the oven, so please use suitable protective oven gloves to remove safely.
