• Blackthorn (Prunus Spinosa) bare root hedge plants with 7 heights to choose from!
• Blackthorn is fast growing and will quickly make a hedge on it's own but more usually is mixed with Hawthorn and other plants such as Hazel and Beech etc to form a native hedge
• Blackthorn has masses of white flowers very early in the season, usually in March and April but as early as February in some seasons.
• The flowers are followed by sloes in the autumn - loved by wildlife and gin makers! It is thorny and therefore is a good choice if security is important to you.
