- Dimensions of this Cast Iron Tawa Pan are - Diameter 30cm, Length (including handles) 36cm and Thickness 1cm.
- FLAT TAWA Cast iron tawa is moulded in a flat shape with a slight lip to let you always cook within the pan, especially foods that are batter based i.e. crepe pancake dosa. Flat base shall quickly circulate heat evenly, whereas the lip will prevent food from slipping out the pan & keep excess butter oil within the pan. You can also add small quantity oil cook roast some classic indian street tawa foods i.e. pulao, pau bhaji, chicken & more!
- HEAVY-DUTY CAST IRON Heavy-duty cast iron tawa pan crafted to swiftly cook food. Cast iron has heat conductive properties to give even heat distribution & retention when on the hob stove-top. The more you season the cast iron surface, the easier it will be to work with this pan. Handles are moulded within the pan structure, so you will not have to worry about them becoming loose or food residue being stuck.
