All the boards have each been sanded down smooth, so they are splinter-free. The face of the boards measures W30 x L40cm (12 x 16 inches). Each panel has a thickness of 2cm (0.78 inch). The inside of the back of the boards measures W27 x L37cm (10.63 x 14.57 inches) with a depth of 1.7cm (0.66 inch).
- UNFINISHED BASSWOOD All the boards are left natural and unfinished ready for use. These large wooden panels are smooth and flat, which makes an excellent painting surface. Unlike traditional canvases, these wood panels will not stretch, flex or bend. The canvas features a deep solid gallery cradle frame, which is easy to hang.
