- HOW TO USE... Suitable for aromatherapy, inhalations, indoor exhalation, cosmetic enrichment, and when properly diluted, for aromatherapy baths, massages, and rubs. For external use only, Do not use undiluted directly on the skin (pure essential oil can only be used on the feet and hands as the skin there is thicker). Avoid contact with the eyes. In case of contact, wash with milk. Store in a cool place that is protected from direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.
- PRECAUTION... It is recommended to check for any allergic reactions before using essential oils. Peppermint essential oil can be used on children from 3 years old and is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women. This essential oil is best used within 12 months of opening.
