- Cutting Diameter - 6mm / Flute Length - 42mm / Shank Diameter - 6mm / Overall Length - 70mm This solid carbide 2 flute up cut router cutter has a sharp cutting edge.
- The spiral up cut design pulls the chips upwards which gives a very clean finish at the bottom of the cut.
- As the chips are pulled upwards this can lead to some breakout / chipping at the top of the cut so if this is a concern then we would recommend using a 2 flute down cut router bit instead.
- This spiral router bit can be used in CNC router machines, fixed head routing machines, hand held routers and desktop routers.
- These 2F up cut router cutters are suitable for use on a wide range of materials such as hardwood, softwood, MDF, MFC, Laminate Board, Plywood, Particle Board, Insulation Panels, PVC, solid surface and Acrylic.
- Manufactured from wear resistant micrograin carbide which results in a longer tool life.
