- VERSATILE TREATMENT - For new timber, thin 5-10% with White Spirit for the first coat. Allow the indoor & outdoor wood varnish 12 hours before applying the next coat. A further 2-3 coats improve protection. Lightly sand between coats with a very fine glasspaper for an optimal finish. For painted timber, sand off previous paints or treatments and then proceed as with new timber.
- INTERIOR & EXTERIOR VARNISH - Suitable for exterior and interior applications. The interior & exterior varnish for wood is ideal for use on boats, doors, window frames, garden furniture and many other items, particularly in a marine or exposed environment, such as on a boat.
- SIMPLE APPLICATION - Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dirt, oil and grease and apply the boat varnish by brush, roller or spray to cover your intended area. Before applying, stir the indoor & outdoor varnish thoroughly, and for optimal results the ideal application temperature is 15-25 C.
- DRYING TIMES - The gloss varnish for wood will be touch dry in 6 hours, and hard dry within 24 hours. Low temperature high humidity can adversely affect drying time.
