- WOODS VALVE CONNECTION Locate the Woods valve on the replacement head, keeping in mind that it is frequently found in inner tubes for bicycles. To stop air leaks, make sure the connection is secure and compatible. Check the inflation procedure and be aware of any particulars or modifications needed for Woods valves in different situations.
- JUBILEE CLIP CUTTING AND FITTING To mark the hose at the correct length, measure it. Make a clean incision with a sharp instrument, then attach a jubilee clip to the hose. Use the jubilee clip to secure the new head in place. For an airtight or waterproof seal, use a screwdriver to tighten.
- SCHRADER VALVE CONNECTION Make that the Schrader valve on the replacement head matches the one that was identified. If necessary, use an adjustable wrench to firmly tighten the connection. Pressurise the system and listen for any escaping air or water to detect leaks.
- PRESTA VALVE CONNECTION Locate and modify the Presta valve on the replacement head in accordance with your needs. Make sure the connection is tight by securing it. To ensure that the Presta valve is operating properly, test the inflating procedure. Throughout the test, be alert for any indications of air leakage.
