- DINITROL 500 is a cold applied black humidity curing, one-component polyurethane adhesive. Developed and designed specifically for the modern windscreen fitting industry DINITROL 500 gives the high strength and durability needed as it forms an integral part of body strength giving you safety and peace of mind when driving your vehicle.
- DINITROL 500 is an aftermarket product designed for use in combination with the Dinitrol surface treatment products DINITROL 520, 530, 540 and 550 for bonding automotive glass
- Safe drive away time without airbags 2 hours, with passenger airbags 4 hours @ 23 C 50% Relative Humidity Safe drive away time is the amount of time an adhesive requires to reach the level of strength necessary to safely hold a windscreen in place in the event of a crash. This means it meets the following crash test standards FMVSS 208 - occupant crash protection FMVSS 212 - windscreen mounting FMVSS 216 - roof crush resistance test
