• NOTES OF APPLE, MOLASSES, & BURNT TREACLE The flavour of Burning Barn rum is so special and distinct simply because so much care is taken in the process. We harvest, chip, and season locally-grown apple wood then smoke it in our old apple juice tank, before using it to cold smoke our rum blend. We balance intense smoke with the smooth flavour of rum, culminating in a punchy, smokey flavoured rum.

• FORGED FROM THE FIRE Inspired by our family's tragic loss, and rebuilding of the family business, so Burning Barn rose from the ashes. When the barn of our family farm burned down, we took inspiration from our tragedy and incorporated smokey, fiery flavours into our rum. Our spiced rum is genuinely fiery, our smoked rum is revolutionarily smokey, and our honey rum liqueur uses honey from hives near our barn.
