One side of this large griddle pan is ridged to give your food a seared stripy finish and the channels on the sides will drain away excess fat. When reversed it has a flat griddle plate for an alternative cooking surface.

It gives exceptional heat retention. As well as this, you will find that the other side is flat so you can use it as a hot plate for cooking you can cook anything from eggs or steak to scotch pancakes.
- EASY TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN The griddle pan cast iron is incredibly easy to clean, all you need is a wire brush and hot water. It is not recommended for dishwasher use or using a detergent for cleaning. Full Instructions are provided for cleaning and re-oiling. A re-oiling brush is included in the with the griddle.
