One side of this large griddle pan is ridged to give your food a seared stripy finish and the channels on the sides will drain away excess fat. When reversed it has a flat griddle plate for an alternative cooking surface.

- EASY TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN The griddle pan cast iron is incredibly easy to clean, all you need is a wire brush and hot water. It is not recommended for dishwasher use or using a detergent for cleaning. Full Instructions are provided for cleaning and re-oiling. A re-oiling brush is included in the with the griddle.
