- Ready for use water seal which is developed using silicone hydrophobic technology, modifying the surface of the substrate and lining the pores, creating a water-resistant coating.
- Creates a breathable waterproof barrier, which still allows the wall to breathe.
- Colourless and solvent free waterproofer compared to other standard water seals, the low VOC and water-based formula offers an array of benefits such as little odour, quick curing time, good coverage, and a durable finish. It maintains the natural beauty of the substrate to which it is applied to.
- Highly versatile it can be applied by either brush, roller or sprayer, and is water-repellent on stone, mortar and brick, with the ability to bridge hairline cracks.
- Offers stability against corrosion through its formula which minimises de-icing salts, and an impermeable protection against frost through its thermal insulation properties. UV-resistant formulation.
