FOR PEOPLE WITH HEARING AIDS - This device can only be used by people wearing t-coil hearing aids. Indeed, the iLoop+ is an induction neck loop that amplifies audio sources before transmitting the sound directly to the hearing aids of the person wearing it around the neck.
