Product description

• Paderno round baking pan excellent for sliced pizzas, focaccia, cakes, etc.. The high edges ensure that the dough does not come out during cooking, helping to keep the oven clean.
• When first used, brush with oil and bake at 150°C for about 30 minutes. Leave to cool completely and repeat the process to create a patina that makes the baking pan non-stick.
• Do not cut directly on the baking tray, in order to preserve its correct functioning. Unlike Teflon baking trays, the absence of a coating avoids the risk of contaminating food.
