- MADE WITH 100% BLUE AGAVE. One of the few tequilas still made slowly in the old fashioned way, Tequila Ocho accentuates that which is exclusive to tequila; the agave flavour. Ocho is the first tequila brand to designate both the year it was produced and the precise field from which the family grown agaves were sourced. Each batch comes from a different field or ranch contributing distinctive characteristics of that place to the spirit
- AGED FOR 8 WEEKS AND 8 DAYS. Ocho Reposado Tequila is aged for precisely eight weeks and eight days in oak ex-American Whiskey barrels before being bottled. This is a smooth, complex and luscious tequila that is harmonious and lightly nutty in style. Integral and flavoursome, Ocho Reposado is as delicious to sip neat as it is to mix in cocktails
- TASTING NOTES. An aroma of coffee, bright agave, anise, pineapple, orange, nutmeg and caramel. The palate has bright red berries at the entry, followed by pepper, fresh mint, dark bitter chocolate, vanilla and butterscotch
- 8 WHY EIGHT? Ocho, or eight in English, is the number of years for the agaves to ripen before being harvested. The Camarenas are in their eighth decade of producing tequila. Ocho Reposado is also aged for 8 weeks and 8 days
