  • Ideal for cross-cutting (cross-sectional or length) in exotic hardwoods as well as laminated timbers or panels.
  • With conventional saws, cutting is done by pushing. This requires a relatively large blade thickness to ensure sufficient stability. With Japanese saws, on the other hand, the cutting is done by pulling. The blade can therefore be very thin because it only undergoes a pulling force and cannot left. As a result, the saw line is thinner and the cutting force is consequently significantly less.
  • Known as a pioneer in the Japanese hand saw manufacturing industry, all Z-Saw saws feature an easy-to-change blade and replaceable handle. First company in Japan to introduce hard pulse heating treatment, which is known as one of the great innovations to maximize sawtooth hardness.
