Helps calm the body and mind. Helpful for easing muscular aches, pains and tension. Use with caution on sensitive, damaged or allergy-prone skin. In the bath 4-6 drops per 20 ml of blending oil. Add to bath water and swirl to disperse. Use a maximum of 2 drops of Lemongrass in a bath. Not recommended for those with sensitive skin or allergy-prone
