- WILD CRAFTED Our Wildcrafted Siberian Fir Wild essential oil derives from 100% Abies Sibirica (Fir) needle oil which has been steam distilled from the needles and grown without man-made fertilisers or pesticides. Using ecosystem management methods to maintain the health of both plants and soil to guarantee that there is no genetic modification or irradiation.
- HOW TO USE Diffusing 6-8 drops in a diffuser or burner, creates a stimulating atmosphere. Massage blend up to 5 drops per 10ml of blending oil. relieving for muscular aches and pains. Inhalation Add 3-5 drops in total to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over your head, close your eyes and, breathe. Helpful for head colds and congestion. Not suitable for asthmatics. In the bath 4-6 drops per 20ml of blending oil. Add to bath water and swirl to disperse. Not recommended for those with sensitive skin
