- USE - The Classic Chantry Knife Sharpener can be used instead of a traditional honing steel. The sharpener can be used to sharpen plain or serrated knives, restoring the cutting edge of the blade. It gives a sharp cutting edge without damaging the blade and requires no batteries or mains electricity making it portable and reliable. The base has holes which allow the sharpener to be secured to a surface for even safer sharpening and to ensure it's easy to find in a busy professional kitchen.

- HOW TO USE - Before use, wipe the knife blade to ensure the Sharpener remains clean. Draw the knife between the steels as if slicing bread, using enough pressure to engage the steels. Very dull knives may require a more vigorous action. For best results, use the Chantry Knife Sharpener frequently, preferably each time the knife is used. Please note that in some cases, a micro serration may be left on the blade, as part of the sharpening process. A handy and compact size at 12.5cm x 11cm.
