- Double Sided Textured PET And Smooth PEO Build Plate Design The double sided platform sheet offers wider material compatibility and twice the service life compared to single sided platforms. PET bed mat has textured surface, PEO bed mat has smooth surface, can be used on both sides. It can be easily adapted to different printing environments and materials. It is reusable, so if one side is accidentally damaged, the other side can continue to be used.
- Superior Adhesion Printing the mold directly on PET and PEO build plate without tape or glue saves a lot of time and filaments. Excellent adhesion is achieved when the temperature of the heated bed is about 60 C. You can print directly on each side of a double-sided PET and PEO sheet without the need to use any glue or other tools to help the model stick to the build plate sheet.
- Easy To Take Mold PET and PEO material offer greater stability, while spring steel sheets offer excellent flexibility and high flatness. The textured PET surface for hassle-free demoulding in combination with spring steel sheets with two pressure edges. Prints on the double-sided hotbed sticker come off easily when the heated bed temperature drops to room temperature, and if the print is still stuck to the plate, gently bending the build plate removes it.
- High Elasticity The spring steel build plate, made of high-elasticity alloy, can withstand significant deformation without cracking. It maintains stable mold during printing and quickly recovers to its original shape after demolding.
- Durable and Resistant to Deformation Spring steel plates exhibit superior durability, which can withstand wear and fatigue fracture from long-term high-frequency use, maintaining stable performance even after thousands of printing 3d models.
