- MULTI LAYER - Cost effective insulation with 19 aluminium coated layers in a compact 1.6 (40 mm) thickness. The insulation blanket provides thermal resistance equivalent to 5.1 (125 mm) of mineral wool, helping reduce material bulk and waste. This foil insulation roll can help lower building costs and is suitable for use in pitched and flat roofs, lofts, walls, and more.
- EASY TO CUT & INSTALL - Lightweight and flexible, this easy-to-install foil insulation trims easily with scissors or a utility knife. Insulation foil is fixed in place using 14mm stainless steel or galvanised staples at 300mm intervals. Overlap joints by 50mm and seal with 75mm waterproof foil tape. Use 25x38 mm timber battens to maintain 13mm air gaps for best results.
- DIMENSIONS - High-performance foil insulation roll measures 59 x393 (1.5m x 10m) providing up to 161.5 ft (15m ) of coverage. Roll weight 24.25lbs (11 kg). Apply directly from the roll, either vertically or horizontally depending on rafter height. When planning, allow extra material for overlaps and fitting. Well suited to larger areas with fewer joins.
- CONDENSATION CONTROL - Built with an integrated vapour control layer that blocks moisture, helping prevent condensation.
