- Description The adjustable hook and band hinges come in two pieces a rectangular hinge plate that attaches to the gate post, and a band which attaches to the gate. Adjustable hook and band hinges allow the gate or door to stand proud by the thickness of the hinge plate. Ideal for hanging heavy doors or gates in front of the frame or post. This hinge is the perfect solution for your gate hardware needs.
- Recommended Size The general rule is that the hinge length should be at least one-third of the gate you re hanging. For example, a 1000mm wide gate will need a 334mm hinge. Recommendation for gates over 2100mm a third hinge should be added.
