- Product Specifications You will receive 120 pieces silver-coloured TXXATX pop rivets. These pop rivets caps have a body diameter of approx. 4.8 mm, a length of approx. 20 mm and a brim diameter of approx. 16 mm. They are ideally suited for use in a wide range of scenarios such as truck tarpaulin fixing, colour steel tile and purlin connections, solar mounts, billboards, etc. and are the ideal accessory for fast fast fastening by one-sided operation.
- Premium Material TXXATX rivet consist of an aluminium head and an iron core. The edges are carefully ground and smooth, without burrs. The surface of the 4.8 mm rivets is galvanised, making them resistant to corrosion and rust and ensuring that they remain stable in the long term, even when used outdoors or in damp environments.
- Widened Cap TXXATX rivets for metal with a widened cap offer a larger contact surface, distribute pressure effectively and reduce the risk of deformation of the surface of soft materials due to pressure. The widened cap of the pop rivets distributes the load and ensures good fastening performance even in environments with dynamic vibrations.
- Simple Installation When installing TXXATX rivets 4.8 mm, a hole with the diameter of the rivet must first be drilled into the material. The rivet head is then inserted into the hole so that it rests against the surface of the material. Then use rivet plier to pull on the core several times, causing the rear end of the rivet to expand in the hole and clamp the material. After breaking the core, the riveting is complete.
