- Smart Motor built-in rechargeable battery motor can be used for months once fully charged, paired with a solar panel, no need to worry about charging problems anymore. It needs an RF hub bridge to connect to Alexa, Google Assistant, etc. 2 kinds of remote controllers are optional. 1-Channel Remote can control 1 motorized blind only. 15-Channel Remote can control 15 blinds separately and simultaneously, please choose it if you buy multiple blinds.
- Measurement Inside Mount minimum window frame depth is 1.5". Please give the exact inside window door frame size, do not make any deductions when you are measuring. The manufacturer will be sure to make them a perfect fit. Outside Mount give the measurements of the space you want to cover from left to right and top to bottom. Keep in mind that height includes valance cassette. We recommend adding 6" on both width and height to minimize light leakage.
- Made to Order click the yellow Customize button on the page to customize the motorized window shades' details. Custom width is 21" to 100", and custom height is 10" to 130". We'll send an email to confirm the order details, the order will proceed if we don't get a reply within 48 hours. Please contact us if you have any special needs, suggest buying a fabric sample swatch first if you are not sure which color to choose.
- Service the automatic shade is programmed well before shipping. You can use the remote to control it directly after installation. Please check the manual or contact us if you have any questions, we provide technical support. Each automated shade is made to order, we appreciate accurate measurements and careful color selection. Suggest buying 1 blind first before customizing blinds for the whole house.
