  • ORIGIN Oolong tea is a traditional Chinese tea that falls between green and black tea in terms of oxidation levels. Our Oolong tea comes from the Fujian province of China a mountainous region famous for producing good tea.
  • ABOUT Semi-oxidised and slightly fermented type of tea made from the leaves, buds and stems of the tea plant. The leaves are withered under strong sun and then oxidized before being rolled and twisted. The tea is rich, slightly creamy and with floral undertones.
  • BENEFITS Our Oolong Classic tea is slightly caffeinated, similarly to green tea. It contains a range of antioxidants, including many found in both green and black teas. It also contains L-Theanine (amino acid) and minerals.
  • USES Oolong tea holds significant cultural importance in Chinese and Taiwanese tea ceremonies. It is also a popular choice for pairing with various foods due to its versatility. It goes well with milk.
  • BREWING Allow 1- 1 teaspoon per cup. Boil the water and wait for 1 to 2 minutes before pouring it onto the leaves. Steeping time 3 - 5 minutes. The leaves can be steeped multiple times, revealing different layers of flavour with each infusion. The brewing time and water temperature can be adjusted based on personal preferences.
