- AFTERCARE Wash brushes in water, even if the paint is dry. To maintain your finish, clean with a soft damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals or alcohol.
- EASY TO USE Make sure the surface is clean and dry. Remove loose coats of old paint or lacquer first. Prior to opening the can, ensure you shake it thoroughly. Then open and stir well. If the paint is too thick, add a little water and stir. Always paint a test patch before starting your project. Apply with an Annie Sloan brush. Paint one or two coats. Drying time is approximately 30 minutes, depending on conditions.
- MULTIPLE SURFACES Chalk Paint adheres to most surfaces such as wood, glass, metal, plastic and old painted surfaces etc. You rarely need to sand or prime before painting. You can start with the fun part right away!
- GET CREATIVE Chalk Paint can be used for many different paint effects. Apply a generous layer and sand back after waxing to achieve a vintage, distressed appearance. Add a little water and apply it thinly for a smooth, contemporary look. Watered down, Chalk Paint can be made into a wash for furniture and floors or used to dye fabric.
- ECO FRIENDLY Annie Sloan Chalk Paint is child friendly, and has low VOC's.
