- COMPATIBLE The ice cream maker attachment is compatible with KitchenAid Tilt-Head stand mixers and Bowl-Lift stand mixers. The design of the lugs and bowl bottom ensures that the bowl is securely fastened to the mixer. NOTE Not suitable for 3.5QT mixers
- MAKING Place the ice cream maker in the freezer at 0 F for 16-24 hours, install the drive assembly on the mixer, turn on the power, and then introduce the ice cream liquid into the freezer bowl. In 30 minutes you'll have a dense and creamy homemade ice cream.NOTE Do not stop stirring until ice cream is formed. If you stop, the ice cream may freeze to the inner wall and prevent the drive assembly from rotating.
- INSTALLATION Port A of the drive unit is for 4.5QT 5QT Tilt-Head stand mixers and port B is for 6QT or larger Bowl-Lift stand mixers
