A lightweight carbon steel wok finished with a two layer non-stick coating designed for stir-frying at high temperatures. Coated inside and out To provide a robust sealed coating for long-lasting endurance.

The flat base ensures the wok is well-balanced so doesn't topple over when sat on the stove. It is also suitable for cooking on all hob types including gas, electric, ceramic and induction.

EVEN HEATING The large non stick frying pan responds quickly to heat regulation, and its special design locks the juices and flavors in the ingredients inside the wok. Due to the greater curvature and higher walls of the wok, heat is less likely to be concentrated on the flat bottom and is better distributed upwards. The high curvature allows for a wider bottom and a larger heat transfer area for optimal cooking results.
