- Product Material The lift base for the router is crafted from an aluminum alloy body paired with stainless steel support rods. The anodized surface treatment enhances hardness, wear resistance, and insulation properties, ensuring durability and an extended lifespan.
- Product Design The router lift base utilizes a ring clamp motor design, providing secure and stable mounting that is easy to install and remove. With a 51 mm (2.01 in) max lift, it supports motors with a diameter range of 64-66 mm (2.52-2.60 in), making it compatible with most trimming tools.
- Product Features The router lift base is securely attached to the insert plate via 70 x 62 mm (2.76 x 2.44 in) square screw holes. The milling cutter height can be smoothly and accurately adjusted using the Z-crank from above the table, supporting adjustments up to 51 mm (2 in). It also allows for easy bit replacement above the table. The two stainless steel support rods feature built-in springs for enhanced cushioning.
