- Hook Design&3.5FT Long Hose This device features a hook for convenient bottle suspension in your car, eliminating the need to hold it constantly. The AC flush kit includes a 3.5-foot long hose, which is rated for a maximum working pressure of 600PSI and a burst pressure of 3000PSI.
- How it works Pour a light air conditioner cleaner (not supplied) into the flush bottle, then attach the connector to the canister and secure it tightly. The conical rubber tip can be used to seal the tube s opening, preventing the cleaner from flowing back. Link the prepared flush bottle to an air compressor (not included), and then open the valve and activate the air pump to flush and force air through the air conditioning system.
- Pressure Regulating The AC flush kit is furnished with a pressure relief valve, allowing you to modify the pressure setting as required. Simply utilize a hex wrench (not provided) to tighten the valve to elevate the air pressure, or loosen it to decrease the air pressure. For safety purposes, if the pressure surpasses 170psi (approximately 12Kg), the valve will automatically discharge the excess pressure. Caution Do not exceed a working pressure of 150PSI.
- Easy to Use Simply pour a light AC flush solvent (not included) into the AC flush bottle, attach it to an air compressor (not included), and utilize the workshop air to compress and flush out old oil, refrigerant leftovers and grime.
- Durable and Reusable The air conditioning system flush kit consists of aleak-proof, thickened stainless steel canister. This canister is designed to withstand high pressure and corrosion, ensuring a lengthy service life. It is reusable and durable enough to last through years of use.
