- Temperature Control The temperature switch activates the fan at approximately 185 degrees Fahrenheit and deactivates it at 175 degrees Fahrenheit. The included temperature sensor features a 3 8-inch pipe thread, and a 1 2-inch adapter is provided for added versatility.
- Complete Kit This electric cooling fan thermostat kit comes with everything you need for installation a 40A relay, wiring harness, thermostat switch, 3 8 inch to 1 2 inch adapter, inline fuse holder, two 20 amp fuses, one spade connector for the temperature sensor, eight ring terminals, and four wire connectors. This comprehensive kit ensures you have all the necessary components for a seamless setup.
- High-Profile Fan Compatibility If you plan to use high-profile fans, you may need to crimp or solder larger wires to accommodate higher current draw. The included 14AWG wires are rated for 15 amps and may not be sufficient for fans with a higher amperage requirement.
