- For optimal performance, we recommend using AZDOME memory cards. We test our cards extensively before selecting them for installation in our dash cam to ensure their performance is good and deteriorates as little as possible over time.
- Please back up the video and then format the card regularly to ensure enough storage space for recording the dash cam. Normally, the card error occurs when the dash cam cannot recognize the card over the course of the use time, the memory card memory space is divided and fragmented, which slows down the card speed; or when the memory card is full.
- The capacity indicated on the memory card is smaller than that shown on the computer, which is normal. The computer system detects the storage device according to a 1G 1024M conversion, and the digital storage device is converted according to 1G 1000M. Secondly, when using the memory card, the system invisibly consumes part of the storage space, which is mainly determined by the different production processes of different manufacturers.
