  • TROUBLESHOOTING FOR DISC READING FAILURE Try another disc, Clean the disc, Clean the laser head, Restart the machine, Check region code format Note When cleaning the laser head, use a cotton bud or soft cloth lightly moistened with a small amount of alcohol to gently wipe the lens. Allow the alcohol to evaporate completely (approximately 1-2 minutes) before powering on for testing. Press the SETUP button on the remote control to view the region code. When the region code is set to 0, DVDs from all regions can be read. After selecting a region code, press the corresponding number directly to reset it (DVDs are marked with their respective region codes)
