Product description

  • Ras el Hanout from The Pinch is composed of cumin, coriander seed, turmeric, paprika, garlic, black pepper, allspice, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and cayenne. The best of Morocco at your disposal!
  • To use our seasoning, we recommend adding 2 or 3 pinches (approximately 3g to 4g or 1 teaspoon) per 200g of food. It can be used in marinades, during cooking or spread directly on meat before grilling.
  • For plant-based cooking, we suggest the classic Vegetable Tagine and Moroccan Vegetable Couscous. But try it with lentils, roasted eggplant, roasted pumpkin and sweet potatoes, rice with chickpeas and raisins, and mushroom quiche.
  • Try our seasoning with animal proteins like in the classic Lemon Chicken Tagine and Lamb Chops. Also try it with grilled pork loin, Moroccan-style lamb, grilled calamari and shrimp, and chicken kebab.
