Product description
- Technical Made in the UK, with 3mm deep high-quality clear acrylic. Engraved with the size for easy future reference.
- Easy To Clean Wash in warm soapy water before and after use. Not dishwasher or hot water safe, as this could warp the plates.
- Sizes Exact, and inch sizes allow you to choose your ganache, buttercream of frosting thickness. Please note that your cake may shrink while baking so please allow for this when choosing the right size for you.
- How To Stack your cake onto a board of the same size. Fix this board to the bottom plate with a little ganache. Roughly cover your cake and smooth the top. Add your top plate, use some greaseproof paper between the plate and the cake so it's easier to remove later. Slightly overcover your cake and then using a straight-edge scraper remove the excess using the plates as a guide. Fill any gaps left and repeat until you have a smooth covering. Remove the plates and decorate.
