- USE The polished cast iron pan from Mahlzeit is ideal for preparing Spanish paella, frying fish, meat or seafood. It is also ideal for braising vegetables and many other dishes. The pan has good heat conduction and distributes the heat evenly over the food.
- PRESEASONED Before using the pan for the first time, preseason it again to maintain the polish and non-stick effect. Use sufficient vegetable oil during the first few uses to further strengthen the patina.
- SUITABLE FOR The polish also covers the base of the cast iron pan, making it ideal for use on electric, induction and glass-ceramic hobs. The finely polished surface also makes the cast iron pan extremely scratch resistant.
- MEDITERRANEAN KITCHEN With a diameter of 35 cm, the cast iron pan offers plenty of space for frying plenty of food. Its weight of approximately 2.9 kg ensures that it stands securely. The enamelled pan is the ideal addition to your kitchen equipment.
