- Straight Flute Tap Straight flute design, clear threads without burrs, right hand tapping direction. Provides rapid downward chip removal to achieve efficient thread cutting, suitable for processing through holes or shallow holes.
- Tips Machine taps are used with tapping, drilling, automatic or milling machines. Drill the holes with a twist drill bit first, then tap with a thread tap. The tapping angle should be 90 degrees vertical and stable. NOT recommended for hand and electric drill tapping.
- M35 Cobalt High Speed Steel Offer improved hardness, wear resistance and cutting performance, as well as excellent heat resistance and higher strength than regular high-spedd steel taps. Titanium coating provides excellent corrosion resistance, improves wear resistance and hardness, and reduces the coefficient of friction for smoother and faster tapping.
