- USEFUL TIPS We recommend using fresh coffee beans and ground coffee. Please adjust the grinder setting to a finer setting or choose a finer ground coffee, otherwise the pressure is likely to be low. It s suggested to use 14g ground coffee for a double espresso. We recommend using the WDT tool to break up clumps in ground coffee, reducing channeling and spurting during extraction. Please tamp the ground coffee evenly. Tamping unevenly causing water to favor one side. Please remember to place the puck screen.
