  • SEASON INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR USING- To season your iron karahi quickly, first, wash it with hot water and mild soap to remove any dirt or residue. Dry it thoroughly to eliminate all moisture. Next, coat the entire karahi with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Heat the pan under medium flame for 5 mins. Let the pan cool down completely.Again apply a coating with cooking oil all over the pan using soft dry cloth or paper towel and store it in a dry place.Repeat the process for 3-4 times before you start cooking in it.. After each use, wash with hot water, avoid harsh detergents, and apply a bit of oil to maintain the seasoning. Regular use will enhance its non-stick properties over time.
